The owners of this luxury Atlanta high-rise condominium are avid art collectors and enjoy supporting the local community. As a result, nearly every piece of art on display is an original by an Atlanta artist. Other highlights in the eclectic space include a pair of Murano sconces from Italy, silk wallcoverings by Phillip Jeffries, a ceiling adorned in a geometric Zoffany print, and an intricately carved antique door from India.

Atlanta Magazine's HOME and Atlanta magazine are once again pleased to present the Georgia Design Awards. In this issue, we feature award-winning entries in both residential and commercial spaces. We believe the work of these winning firms truly represents the best in design. The Georgia Design Awards recognize the outstanding work of professionals in the areas of interior design, custom home building, renovation and remodeling, and architectural and landscape design. All award winners are based in Georgia and had the opportunity to submit projects ranging from a single room or product installation to an entire home or public place.

We are grateful to our expert panel of independent judges from outside Georgia, who spent countless hours studying and vetting hundreds of award submissions to determine the winning entries you see featured in these pages.
