100 North Main

Downtown Alpharetta, Georgia

100 North Main is a mixed-use building in the heart of downtown Alpharetta, bringing together retail, restaurants, and office spaces. The design reimagines its shared interiors with the character of a boutique hotel—layered, inviting, and unexpected.

A palette of Georgian greens, blue, and cognac creates a sense of history, while wallcoverings and custom channel-tufted banquettes bring a modernity to the space. Working closely with Schumacher and local craftspeople, fabrics and bespoke wall coverings were  treated to meet commercial requirements without sacrificing their beauty.

The art curation in collaboration with Amy Parry Projects, combines historic photographs of Alpharetta with original works by Georgia artists, grounding the building in its community. The result is a distinctive gathering place that feels polished and personal...contemporary interpretation of local history with the spirit of a London boutique hotel.
